We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager(s), with broad experience in web based application development and testing based on Microsoft .NET platform. The position requires strong technical and communication skills, and a track record of shipping great products. This position requires taking on a technical leadership role for a great team to develop and deliver industry altering web applications that receive over two million page views per day for Microsoft Corporation.

Your day to day activities will range from:
4Leading the development team- managing and working closely with the development and test team
4Helping define and deliver the requirements and feature sets
4Supporting multiple release schedules across a range of projects
4Handling all Program Management daily tasks as required
4Technical pre-sales support to help customers realize our ability to deliver great technical solutions
4Training and mentoring the high performance team
4Knowledge sharing across locations including spending appropriate time at other facility in India

Required Skills
4Technical skills:
     9Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, XML Web Services
     9Knowledge of Object Oriented Design, database concepts and technologies
46 to 10 years as a Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience of leading development projects
4Strong technical background in Microsoft platform with the ability to develop specifications and work with development and test teams
4Strong understanding of Project Management, ability to handle multiple projects and challenges
4Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to communicate difficult technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical users
4Prior work experience working with Microsoft Corporation as a vendor is a plus

Education
Bachelors in Computer Science from an IIT or REC and a Masters in Computer Science from a good US university (required)
