Job Description
Responsible for managing our client's' India partnership program
to drive and execute our client's' partnerships vision for
India. This person is the primary business contact to Xilinx'
partners in India and works with key Xilinx stakeholders to
analyze and validate each partner's competency to develop and
deliver complimentary IP, silicon solutions, reference designs
or design services.
The position also requires working with multiple organizations
of our client to identify and communicate future strategic
partnership opportunities in India to ensure alignment with our
client's solutions pipeline. The individual must also cultivate
relationships with the top-tier universities and be able to
develop strong relationships with key Indian officials.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of technical semiconductor industry experience,
willing to live in India and fluent in Hindi. Experience
developing third-party relationships. Demonstrated track record
of program execution while working with internal and external
executive management. Proven negotiation skills with excellent
communication and presentation skills.
Desired Skills
FPGA and other industry experience. Technical Electrical
Engineering and/or Computer Engineering degree is highly
desired, MBA is a plus. Experience developing strategic business
plans.

quality and coverage of existing documentation.

maintain new documentation, including product overviews,
step-by-step how-to procedures, troubleshooting information and
best practices.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate will be a good writer with a proven ability
to write technical documentation in a fast-paced environment. In
addition to having absolute command over basic skills, will need
to have good interpersonal and communication skills.

years of experience in technical writing, with experience in

Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, Asia Pacific in Singapore,
the Finance Manager, India will be based in Hyderabad and in
charge of all finance matters for the operations in India. He
will coordinate other support functions at the site and be a key
business partner to the local management team.
The responsibilities
of the Finance Manager, India will include statutory, tax,
compliance, legal and regulatory, budgeting, financial and
management reporting. He/she will act as the liaison between
local management, the Finance teams at both Asia Pacific
headquarters in Singapore and Corporate headquarters in the US
and other stakeholders of the company including the relevant
government bodies, bank, auditors, financial and tax
consultants.
As a key member of
the local management team, he/she will have the knowledge and
experience to provide sound business, tax and financial advice
to local, regional and corporate management.
Required Skills
Have a minimum of 6 years prior experience, having worked in an
international public accounting firm and a foreign
multinational, preferably a US company in the high-tech
industry. Have experience dealing with banks, government bodies
and customs authorities. Prior experience in starting up new
operations for a foreign company will be an advantage
Should be self-starter, highly motivated and with the initiative
to setup company policies, internal controls, financial and
business processes in a startup situation and set high standards
for himself/herself, peers and subordinates. A hands-on person
and able to build and maintain strong relationships at all
levels of the organization. Have good business acumen, high
integrity, strong analytical ability and good written and
presentation skills.
Education
Have a good business degree, preferably in accounting and be
qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Having an MBA will be a
plus.
