Job Description
He/she would work with customer requests regarding out client's products, develop code snippets using these products, analyze code provided by customers and advise customers to resolve their issues, prepare solutions and provide timely support to our client's customers

4Experience analyzing/debugging Java application issues at the language-level (code development, code review, stack traces, etc), strong debugging / diagnostic skills, excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
4Communication skills should be very good. Should be able to communicate well with UK, US clients. Experience in the past in this aspect is required.
4Should not be looking for small term assignment. The person should have spent at least 2 to 3 years in the past where ever he/she worked.
4Should be able to work with multiple technical groups internally and customers technical team to diagnose problems, clarify queries and develop technical solutions in a collaborative team-based environment.
4Should be able to guide other less experienced team members on technical / process aspects.
4Should have good aptitude, attitude, initiative nature and preferably passion for software technical support.
4Desirable: familiar with technology related aspects like Design patterns, distributed application development and maintenance etc.
4Troubleshooting or programming experience with Application Servers and/or Web Services is desirable.
