The primary difference between iSpan and other headhunters is the team's early exposure to the unconventional and remarkably restless clients, who just aren't content to rest on their laurels. They move from strength to strength; We take them there. Indeed, we would have been light years away had we chosen to work with straitjacketed firms whose vision didn't extend beyond the director's garage.

The team is all you might ever want it to be. Our approach to business necessitates our sharing the clients' vision, understanding the business and culture and coming to a clear consensus about their requirements. Between us, we share over 100 man-years of relationship management, several of them spent with Fortune 50 firms and top Indian corporates. Each of our 4 promoters and 13 employees brings his/her unique strengths and skills to iSpan

 

Our Mission

We are an HR fulfillment services company with offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad in India and we represent only very few select and serious business plans - both in product and services space in the IT industry.

We broadly offer, business specific, talent acquisition and talent retention services using both "brick" and "click" expertise.

We do this by constantly increasing our network of professionals in the information technology (IT) industry and discovering their interests and skills thereby gaining market intelligence. We collate the information and utilize this while researching and consulting with our clients.

In the past 65 months we networked with around 2,10,000 IT professionals at various levels and across geographies.

We constantly strive for professionals who want to be winners everyday and therefore are open to newer challenges.

Neeraj Sharma
  • Over twenty years of learning spanning information technology, telecom and human resources industries with international experience in the European markets. Served organizations like Crompton Greaves Limited and HCL Limited. Specialized in HR services for technology start-ups and pre-IPO software ventures.

  • Post Diploma in Administration and Management from IHMCT&AN, Mumbai.
Vijay Joshi
  • Over twenty two years of experience in trading and managing infrastructure projects.

  • Honors Graduate in Science, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Anju Sharma
  • Over nine years of learning in software training and office administration and worked with a very large 300 million GBP MNC.

  • Double Graduate in Science and Pedagogy from Osmania University.
Rajni Bhattiprolu
  • Over ten years of learning in advertising and business promotion and the most recent experience in web research and documentation in information technology industry.

  • Post Graduate in English literature. 
Rajini Jaiswal
  • Over ten years of experience spanning Computer Education and IT Recruitments.

  • B.Sc Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
B S Vinod
  • Eight years of experience in Information Technology; three years as a Software Engineer and five years of experience in IT recruitments.
  • Graduate from Karnataka Technical Board. Currently pursuing his MBA.
Daulat Shah
  • Over seven years of experience in marketing and Customer Care including a year and half in Recruitments.
  • B. Com from Osmania University and MDSE from APTECH.
Surya Kumar
  • Four years of experience; one year in Customer Care and three years in Recruitments.
  • B.Sc Nutrition and MBA (HRM) from Osmania University.
