The primary difference between iSpan and other headhunters is the team's early exposure to the unconventional and remarkably restless clients, who just aren't content to rest on their laurels. They move from strength to strength; we take them there.
Indeed, we would have been light years away had we chosen to work with straitjacketed firms whose vision didn't extent beyond the director's garage.

Neeraj Sharma brought to iSpan more than 14 years of experience, gleaned from information technology, telecom and human resource industries, including Crompton Greaves Limited and HCL Limited. He has an instinctive feel for international markets through his own European experience. Armed with a postgraduate diploma in administration and management from IHMCT&AN, Mumbai, Neeraj specializes in HR services for technology start-ups and pre-IPO software ventures.

Vijay Joshi brings to the team 16 years of experience in trading and managing infrastructure projects and the skill gained as an Honours graduate in Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Nirmal K Atmaram, with a Masters in Business Administration from the South Eastern University, London Campus, spent 5 years developing business for the Information Technology industry in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Subsequently, he put in one year's worth of HR resourcing and relationship management with US-based software firms.

Priya Aiyer, also a mistress of business administration, specializes in Human Resources. She has spent two years resourcing and researching human capital with major IT firms, including Oracle Corporation and General Electric Capital subsidiaries in India.

Ivan Bradshaw handled completely owned projects for professional contracting, which included management of logistics spread across 130 locations. He has also contracted trained personnel for 5 years in the hospitality industry.

Anju Sharma, a double graduate in science and Pedagogy, has 3 years of learning in software technology and office administration to her credit. She has worked with a 300 million GBP multinational giant.

Rajni Bhattprolu, with five years experience in advertising and business promotion and a post graduate in English Literature, is fortified with the
most recent exposure to web research and documentation for the IT industry.

Subir Singh has worked with the global numero uno in concrete and aggregates, besides having contributed five years to business development for civil
industry products. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Osmania University, specializing in Marketing.

Zaheer Abbas Zaidi has worked with a Fortune 50 for a year, gaining experience in call center administration and market research.

Sheela Ram, with a Masters in Computer Applications, has been resourcing and researching human capital in the IT industry for 3 months. She has also serviced relationships with various MNC Software companies.

Imran Ahmed, has over two years of experience in film production, event management and creative writing.
